SW Tool Development Engineer
Our clients R&D office in Lund is looking for solution-driven individuals to help bring our next-generation mobile chipsets into mature and optimized states while providing early development platforms for SW development. The applicant will be part of a team creating a SW development environment in Visual Studio Code by developing extensions for build, debugging, test, profiling etc. The extensions will connect to other tools and provide graphical user interfaces to visualize e.g. profiling results in graphs. The position is in the architecture team in Lund and involves collaboration with software departments in China.
Qualifications& experience
M.S.in Computer Scienceor similar. Experienceor skills in the following areas: oVisual StudioCode including development of extensions, o Development of user interfaces, o Excellent skills in C and C++, and oThorough understanding of Software Architecture Design ,Experience in the fields of system design or implementation of embedded SW is considered a merit.
Required skills/personal characteristics
A self-starter with the ability to work independently. Strong communicationskills, both written and verbally. Fluent in English. Atitude and ability to learn new things. Flexible to work in different rolesas needed.
