Campus Recruiter for Huawei
We are looking for a Campus Recruiter to act as our liaison with universities and help us to recruit students and recent graduates. This individual will be responsible for the Huawei PhD internship programme and some campus employer branding activities
Campus Recruiter responsibilities include attending and hosting college career days, building effective internship programmes and evaluating junior candidates. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with various sourcing tactics, like social recruiting, and excellent relationship-building skills. This campus Recruiter responsibility also include to explore and attract more contest talents (ICPC,IMO,IMC,ICHO,IPHO,IOI, etc) to make contribution for our BU/RU.that means you must be have excellent selfstudy ability and more understand the business,good cooperation and communication skills. Ultimately, you will ensure we attract and hire high-potential interns and employees and build a strong employer brand among universities.
ResponsibilitesHost in-house career days for students and recent graduates by department or field of expertise. Own and build active relationships with defined target universities. Attend college career fairs, interact with students and promote our employer brand. Regularly attend networking seminars to keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activity. Screen resumes, conduct interviews and perform skills assessment tests for internships. Report on recruiting metrics after every careers event. Advertise current open roles to online and offline alumni communities and channels. Contact university career counsellors and provide informative materials about our internship programs. Cooperate with relative roles to design and draw a campus talents map(we must know who are the excellents talents and where are them. Manage and refresh the contest talents,we must know who are them and where are them; Explore more roads to keep good relationship with the contest young talents,cooperate with BU/RU attract these talents make contribution to the topics of Huawei. Build relationships with Department Directors, understanding their team structures and how interns and graduates can benefits their deparments. Liaise with team leaders to define hiring needs and design internship programs. Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational and research institutions.
RequirementsSuccessful candidates will have previous experience in campus recruitment, preferably 2-3 years plus. A solid understanding of the graduate recruitment landscape (education system, qualifications, skill set requirements by division, etc.) Hands-on experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems. Strong ability to multi-task and handle working in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated client service focus and credibility with senior management. Ability to lead, delegate and manage a direct report
Ability to develop relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and senior professionals internally and externally. Be positive, Active learning ability,systematic thinking.
