We always start with a recruitment agreement, including a GDPR appendix, to ensure secure and compliant handling of candidate data and CVs for both Co-Worker and your organisation. We operate under Co-Worker agreements, within your existing frameworks, or via third-party providers such as A-Society, Ework, and Magnit, with whom we already collaborate closely through other clients.

A dedicated contact person from Co-Worker is assigned to you and receives your job or assignment description. Together with you, they clarify the requirements profile and then pass it on to our team, which starts the candidate search.

Based on your requirements profile, we search for candidates and present the first pre-screened candidate within 24–48 hours – with clear information on role, start date, location and salary expectations (if desired) or, for consultancy assignments, hourly, daily or monthly rate. We always obtain the candidate’s additional consent by e-mail before sharing their details and CV with you as the client.

You provide feedback on the presented candidates and choose whom you would like to meet. Co-Worker coordinates and schedules interviews based on your preferences.

Co-Worker also meets the candidate before the client meeting to align expectations, provide relevant client information and answer any early questions about the role. This way, the meeting between client and candidate can be more efficient, with a clear focus on the role itself.

After the interviews, Co-Worker follows up with both you and the candidate. We gather feedback, align expectations and support you in the next steps of the process.

You choose the candidate who best matches your needs, either for employment or for a consultancy assignment. Co-Worker is there to support you with any questions regarding the decision, terms and next steps, such as documentation, relocation and housing if needed, as well as tools and secure access for work on-site or remotely – in line with the job description and agreed conditions.

Once you and the candidate are in agreement, the employment or consultancy contract is finalized. We make sure that all terms and expectations are clear and confirmed by all parties.

Together we plan the start date and onboarding according to the agreed plan. The goal is a secure and smooth start where the candidate quickly settles into the role and your team.
