When your need is time-limited or project-based, we take full responsibility for the consultant. For onsite or remote assignments, we use the same search-driven methodology and process as in recruitment to identify the right candidate for the role. We can work under Co-Worker consulting agreements, follow your existing framework agreements, or go via designated third-party vendors (e.g. Ework, Magnit, A-Society) where we already have established collaborations.

Try-and-hire is ideal when you want to test a candidate in a consulting role before offering employment. The consultant is employed by us for an agreed period, with the option – but no obligation – for you to offer a permanent position afterwards.

Since 2020, Co-Worker Technology has operated in India. We recruit qualified IT consultants based on our clients’ needs and adapt working hours to the client’s time zone. We offer flexible setups: remote, hybrid, or on-site in India.
